Mandate: Mandate: When New York Times best-selling author Murray Smith envisioned an online collaboration with small business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs, and self-employed people, The B.O.S.S. Group was selected to build the MainStreet membership experience.
Solution: The B.O.S.S. Group worked shoulder-to-shoulder with Murray's startup to create web business model through ideation. We developed unique offerings including video content delivery, interactive video broadcast capabilities, desktop communicator to bring the most powerful information right to the desktop. We created the CRM and online purchase/fulfillment solution, including payment gateway integration and instant user credentials. The two-year project included creative development of both the marketing site as well as the content delivery site where members can access online courseware, audio and video segments, as well as a variety of content. The B.O.S.S. Group was awarded a 2010 Omni Intermedia Award (Bronze) for the unique design of the MainStreet home page and a second bronze award for the unique delivery of video content over the web.
